Inter Counties Cross Country 2024
The Inter Counties Cross Country Championships took place on Saturday 9th March back at the iconic venue of Wollaton Park in Nottingham.
Well done to the four ECH athletes below who were selected to represent Greater Manchester on the day, a brilliant achievement. Conditions were relatively good, just a tough wind to deal with.
In the under 13 boys race Oliver Mannion ran strongly to finish in 185th place overall with teammate Matthew Bailey coming home in 275th.
Marshall Fleet who has had a very consistent season ran strongly to finish 124th in under 15 boys race and the GM team packed well to take 3rd team.
Michael Holness who has seen huge improvements this year put in another solid performance finishing 152nd in the senior men’s race.
