Mike & Colin impress at British Masters Champs

The British Masters Indoor Athletics Championships took place over the weekend of 18th & 19th February in Sheffield. ECH athletes Mike Coogan and Colin Edwards made the short journey through the peak district to put themselves up against the best in the country.

Mike Coogan took part in the 200m Vet 50 category and ran a blistering race to clock 23.60 to take the win. This time puts him quickest in the the world for his age currently which is a truly outstanding achievment.

Colin Edwards (pictured) competed in the vet 60 400m event and performed brilliantly to clock a time of 61.18 which was good enough for the bronze medal. Colin also ran a PB in the process.
